Early in his career Victor specialised in finance, following which he spent some time in manufacturing.  The next phase took him into the health sector – this covered over 20 years and saw him move around from government to Not for Profit (representing the country’s GPs for over 9 years).

Victor has amassed over 25 years of experience as a CEO of various organizations, over 20 years as a board member and time in commercial, for-profit, not for profit and government sectors.

Victor finished his career with 5 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Outward Bound.  Following his retirement, Victor and his wife moved to Queenstown and enjoy spending ample time in the outdoors and supporting various community organizations and Trusts.
